Tsuru-no-maihashi was built on Tsugaru-Fujimi lake in 1994.
This wooden bridge was also built by white cedar of Aomori.
The bridge is the longest triple arched bridge in Japan and approximately 300m in total length.
It take about 70 minutes by car from Hirosaki city and about 80 minutes from Aomori city.
It’s most efficient way that you come here by car, because there are few public transport around here.
You can see superb view with Mt.Iwaki or Hakkoda mountain range behind the bridge, if sky is clear.
There are also many cherry trees on the site and the trees are in full bloom in late April every year.
